TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- The University of Tulsa is losing freshman basketball player Jamel McLean.

Coach Doug Wojcik says it's "unfortunate" that McLean is leaving but says he's excited about the players the Golden Hurricane will have back.

McLean is a 6-foot-8 forward and played in all 31 TU games last season averaging six points per game and was second on the team in rebounds at nearly five per game.
