A package mailed to a Bartlesville home landed two people behind bars. Police records say the package was damaged while being mailed, and post office employees could tell there were several bricks of marijuana inside the package.
Officers served a search warrant on the home after the package was delivered. They arrested Gina Davis and Mikel Shepard. Both face charges of possession of marijuana, and both are out of jail on bond.
