Registered Sex Offender Arrested Again

Bartlesville Police help Tulsa Police detectives arrest a registered sex offender. Tulsa Police say once again, the suspect thought he was talking to a 12-year-old girl online and set up a meeting with her to have sex. Records show Kevin Barnard was convicted of this same crime in 1998. Barnard was recently arrested for failing to keep his registration up to date in Tulsa.

Bartlesville Police arrested Barnard in their community.

Tulsa Police say Barnard even told the girl what he wanted her to wear for their meeting.

The girl was actually a Tulsa detective who had been chatting with Barnard since April 23rd.
