A man being sought in the shooting death of a Tahlequah resident was arrested early Sunday morning by Tulsa Police. 23-year old Marcel Cain was arrested at the Windsong Apartments at 31st and Mingo shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday.
Cain and another suspect, 23 year old Seneca Gandy were wanted in connection with the shooting death last week of 29-year old Jamaun Antwine in Tahlequah. Gandy turned himself in to Tahlequah Police last week.
Early Sunday morning, Tulsa Police say they got a tip that Cain was at the apartment complex. Cain was arrested without incident.
Cain is the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of first degree murder.
