TAHLEQUAH, Okla. (AP) -- A man being sought in the shooting death of a Tahlequah resident surrendered on Wednesday, authorities said. Seneca Gandy, 23, turned himself in at the Tahlequah Police Department with his attorney, said Jessica Brown, a spokeswoman for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.

Gandy was wanted on an accessory to murder complaint in the Sunday shooting death of Jamaun Antwine, 29. Antwine was shot at an apartment complex and died later of his wounds, the OSBI said.

Authorities seized Gandy's car at the home of one of Gandy's friends in Okmulgee, Brown said. Investigators believe the vehicle was used to flee the crime scene.

Marcel Cain, 23, is still being sought on a first-degree murder warrant, Brown said. Cain is described as a black male, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 178 pounds.

He and Gandy are from the Tulsa area.

Anyone with information can contact the OSBI at 1-800-522-8017 or the Tahlequah Police Department at 918-456-8801
