Jury selection resumes Tuesday in Osage County District Court for accused murderer Roy Westbrook of Hominy. Westbrook is charged with killing 26-year-old Rebecca Clements while she was working at a diner in July 2005.
Prosecutors say Clements was killed over a letter to the editor in the Hominy paper. Clements wrote she was unhappy with Westbrook's reputation as a landlord. Westbrook is a former Hominy citizen of the year.
The trial is being held in Pawhuska.
