Suspect In Fatal Shooting Still Being Sought

Authorities are still looking for a suspect in connection with a homicide in Muskogee last week. Muskogee Police say 20-year-old Bryan Russell is accused of gunning down a neighbor during a dispute.

Authorities are still looking for a suspect in connection with a homicide in Muskogee last week. Muskogee Police say 20-year-old Bryan Russell is accused of gunning down a neighbor during a dispute. Witnesses told Muskogee Police there was a loud argument between Russell and the victim, 34-year-old Gary Orman, then the suspect opened fire. Family members say Orman was shot in the back as he walked away.

Friday's fatal shooting was Muskogeeâ€™s first homicide of the year.

Muskogee Police say a man who reportedly drove Russell away from the scene was arrested Saturday morning. Cory Logan turned himself in and was booked into the Muskogee County jail on complaint of â€˜accessory to commit murder.â€™ Russell, who is also known as Bryan DeNardo, remains at large. He is considered armed and dangerous.
