ORU's Scott Sutton Signs Extension

UNDATED (AP) -- Oral Roberts basketball coach Scott Sutton has agreed to a seven-year contract extension. It comes less than a week after he withdrew from consideration for the Wichita State job.

Sutton is the second-winningest coach in school history with a 144-102 record in eight seasons.

Elsewhere:

-- Brad Sodeberg won't be back for a sixth season as basketball coach at Saint Louis University. He's been fired despite guiding his team to the school's first 20-win season since 1998.

-- The Air Force Academy didn't look far to find its new basketball coach. Former assistant Jeff Reynolds is replacing former boss Jeff Bzdelik, who left two weeks ago to take over the Colorado hoops program.
