OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Oklahoma City Police say they've have arrested the mother of a 3-year-old boy who drowned last month in a bath tub. Alzaina Barnard is being held in the Oklahoma County jail on a complaint of child abuse by neglect and police say they'll present the case to prosecutors.

Barnard told police she found 3-year-old William Barnard face down in the tub on March 21st after she left him in the bathroom to prepare a bottle for another child.

The boy and his two siblings had been taken into state custody five days before the drowning but were returned to the home three days later following a recommendation by a social worker.
