The News On 6 got an inside look at the building that soon could be Tulsa's new city hall. The city is considering buying the "One Technology Center" building at 200 South Cincinnati.

The building in downtown Tulsa has 15 floors, with over 600,000 square feet of space. That's enough room to house most of the city of Tulsa's various departments that are now scattered in a dozen buildings. And this one is almost ready to move in.

"The typical floor has 320 workstations on it that are already pre-wired and pre-configured," says Angela West with CB Richard Ellis.

The city of Tulsa has an option to buy the building but will not make a decision for at least another month. The city is studying how well the space would work.
