NEW YORK (AP) Two players from Oklahoma teams receive honorable mention on The Associated Press' All-America men's basketball team that is released Monday.
Seniors Caleb Green of Oral Roberts and Mario Boggan of Oklahoma State are among 48 players who are on the honorable-mention list. The AP names three teams of five players each in addition to the honorable-mention list.
Green was a three-time Mid-Continent Conference player of the year and helped ORU reach the NCAA tournament the past two seasons. He averaged 20.5 points and 9.3 rebounds per game this season for the Golden Eagles, who finished 23-11.
Boggan averaged 19 points and 7.6 rebounds per game for OSU, which went 22-13 and lost in the first round of the National Invitation Tournament. Boggan received first-team All-Big 12 Conference honors.
