People from across the U.S. came to Tulsa to ride it, now it is being dismantled. Crews at Bell's Amusement Park have begun removing track from the north end of the Zingo. Zingo was Bell's most famous ride. Robby Bell says his dad built it in 1968 for about $240,000. Robby says the Zingo would cost at least $3 million to duplicate it today, so it's coming down piece by piece.

Bell's lost its lease at the Tulsa County Fairgrounds and it must have all of the rides moved by June 15th.

The people at Bell's have been dismantling rides on the park's midway since the middle of January. Most of the smaller rides have been put into storage at a Tulsa warehouse, and the bigger ones are being temporarily relocated to the manufacturer or put into storage.

Bell’s has been at the Tulsa County Fairgrounds for 55 years. The parks owners have not announced where they plan to rebuild the park, but have said they are certain it will reopen somewhere. Nearly all of Tulsa's surrounding suburbs, Sand Springs, Owasso and Jenks, have expressed an interest in being the next home for the amusement park.
