LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) _ Matt Mangini and Rebel Ridling both homered and drove in 4-runs as Oklahoma State beat Kansas 14-4.

Corey Brown also homered and drove in 3-runs for the Cowboys (18-5, 1-0), in their Big 12 opener Friday.

Robby Price hit a 3-run homer to give Kansas (14-13, 1-3) a 4-3 lead in the 5th. The Cowboys scored 5-times in the 6th to take control.

Kansas starter Nick Czyz (2-4) took the loss, giving up 5-runs in 5-1/3 innings.

Robbie Weinhardt (1-0) was the winning pitcher in relief of Oliver Odle.

Leadoff hitter Keanon Simon had 5-hits for Oklahoma State.
