OSU Plans Friday Night Game At Troy

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) Oklahoma State officials say they're third football game of the season will be played on a Friday night at Troy University in Alabama in order to be televised on ESPN-2.

The Cowboys' game has been moved to Friday, September 14th, at 7 p.m. to accomodate ESPN's scheduling. The game initially was scheduled for Saturday, September 15th.

Television plans for the rest of OSU's schedule will be made during the spring and summer.

The Cowboys' season opener is a game that likely will be televised, as the Pokes travel to Georgia on September First to take on the Bulldogs.
