CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) The NBA has fined Michael Jordan of the Charlotte Bobcats $15,000 for discussing Texas freshman Kevin Duran during an interview last week. Jordan, who is a part-owner of the club, said he's interested in versatile players, like "the kid in Texas."

Jordan is the second NBA exec fined over Durant. Boston general manager Danny Ainge was fined $30,000 because he sat next to Durant's mother during the Big-12 tournament.
