University of Tulsa junior golfer Michaela Cavener has picked up her second player of the week honor. She was named the Conference USA Women’s Golf Athlete of the Week on Monday.
The Ponca City native led Tulsa in the Morial Tournament with an 8th-place finish in a field of 83. She carded rounds of 77, 76 and 74 for a 227 total.
