SHAWNEE, Okla. (AP) A long-time Shawnee attorney who's charged with molesting teenage boys is giving up his law license.

Gary Jay filed his resignation with the state Supreme Court after a complaint was filed against him by the state bar association.

The 67-year-old Jay was arrested January 13th and later charged with felony lewd molestation and possession of cocaine. He also faces misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Jay is free on $250,000 bond and a preliminary hearing is set for April second.
