A traffic accident on a Tulsa interstate highway early Thursday morning sent one man to the hospital and emergency crews into action. It happened just before 6 a.m. Thursday on I-44 near U.S. Highway 169.

A driver going westbound on I-44 tells the Oklahoma Highway Patrol another motorist cut him off, causing him to swerve and roll his vehicle over. The driver was pinned in his vehicle for a short time until Tulsa firefighters were able to free him. T

he unidentified man was transported to a Tulsa hospital. The New On 6 has been told his condition is not life threatening.
