PRESCOTT, Ariz. (AP) -- Lawyers for an Oklahoma sex offender who posed as a 7th-grader to trick his way into four Arizona charter schools as a student have succeeded in stopping the release of his psychiatric evaluation.

Defense lawyer Steven August says he wants to keep everything sealed in the case of Neil Havens Rodreick the Second. August also wants Rodreick to take additional tests to determine if he's mentally competent to stand trial.

A judge in Prescott, Arizona, today agreed and says he's seen the current report and there aren't a lot of good parts from his client's perspective.

Prosecutors didn't object to August's request.

Prosecutors say the 29-year-old Rodreick powdered his face and shaved his body to look younger during the elaborate, two-year masquerade. He was caught January 17th after spending a day in the seventh grade at a charter school in Chino Valley, Arizona.

Rodreick now faces 15 criminal charges including child pornography, assault, fraud, forgery and failing to register as a sex offender.

He was convicted in 1996 in Oklahoma for making a lewd proposition to a 6-year-old boy.
