DALLAS (AP) _ Ben Uzoh scored 15 points to help lead Tulsa to a 67-60 victory over SMU.

Calvin Walls' layup seven minutes into Wednesday night's game broke a 7-7 tie and put TU (18-10, 8-7 Conference USA) ahead for good. The Golden Hurricane led 29-19 at halftime and took a 16-point margin, its largest, at 13:37 in the second.

Uzoh was the only TU player to score in double figures.

Ike Ofoegbu scored a game-high 29 points for SMU (14-15, 3-12). Ofoegbu also led his team with seven rebounds.

Tulsa shot 49 percent from the field to 36 percent for SMU.
