A Tulsa woman gets a four-year prison sentence for letting underage kids drive her car. Rebecca Warren cried in Tulsa County District Court as she apologized to the family of Fabian Saenz. He's the 11-year-old boy who was mowing an east Tulsa yard when he was hit and killed.

The accident happened on September 13. Warren's niece, who was 15 at the time, was behind the wheel of the car as it sped through the residential neighborhood, prosecutors said. Tulsa Police say the car was going 60 MPH in a 25 MPH speed zone.

The niece was charged with second-degree murder under youthful offender guidelines, but her case was moved to juvenile court.

Warren, who had been free on bond, was jailed after the sentencing hearing.
