TAHLEQUAH, Okla. (AP) -- A police chase in Tahlequah turns deadly after the suspect's car overturned, killing the driver.

Police say 20-year-old David Roque was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash early yesterday morning.

Officer Brad Robertson says police were called to the scene of a drive-by shooting and noticed a car matching the discription given by witnesses.

A short chase ensued before Roque struck a tree and overturned. A 16-year-old passenger in Roque's car -- Sam Rodriquez â€“ was injured in the crash.
