A Mayes County woman faces legal problems for writing some hot checks. April Partsch is charged with fraud.
Pryor Police say she wrote more than $12,000 in checks from a closed account. Detectives say she bought a riding lawnmower, a generator and a tractor at different stores. Investigators think she may have written hot checks at other stores as well.
