Unseasonably warm temperatures are expected to continue across Oklahoma for the next few days, with a chance of rain arriving as the weekend approaches.

The National Weather Service said Tuesday will be partly to mostly cloudy, with highs in the 50s to mid 70s. Overnight lows will dip into the 20s and 30s in most of the state, but only into the lower 40s in extreme southeastern Oklahoma.

Wednesday will be mostly clear, with highs in the 60s to mid 70s. Skies will be partly cloudy on Thursday, with highs again in the 60s to mid 70s.

Friday will be mostly cloudy with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in most of Oklahoma, except for the Panhandle. Highs will be in the 60s to mid 70s.

Skies will be cloudy on Saturday with a chance of rain or snow in the Panhandle and a chance of showers and thunderstorms elsewhere in the state. Highs will reach the 40s in the Panhandle and the 50s and 60s elsewhere.
