HARRAH, Okla. (AP) A 7-month-old child dies and another is in serious condition after both were thrown from a sport utility vehicle during a rollover accident in Oklahoma County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Brooklyn May Moody suffered massive trauma and was pronounced dead after being flown by medical helicopter to OU Medical Center Saturday afternoon.

The patrol says the 1985 GMC Jimmy Brooklyn was traveling in was headed east on U.S. Highway 62 when the driver -- 23-year-old Nathan Hodge – lost control of the vehicle and it went off the road. Troopers say Hodge overcorrected and the SUV rolled, ejecting Brooklyn and three others.

Hodge and passengers Tina Marie Moody and Ashley Nicole Willis were treated for their injuries and released.

Twenty-two-month-old Kelsey Marie Moody was flown by helicopter to OU Medical Center, where troopers say she's listed in serious condition.

The patrol says child restraints were in use with Brooklyn but they were not properly attached to the seat.
