STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) _ A Noble County man is dead following an early morning on-car crash in Payne County.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Cruz Valdez Ramirez died in the accident on US Highway 177 just north of Stillwater.

Troopers say Ramirez was northbound when his pickup truck ran off the highway just before 1:45 a.m. Friday and rolled once and threw him out of the truck.
