TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ Caleb Green sank two tiebreaking free throws with 34 seconds left to propel Oral Roberts past Centenary 85-to-80.
Ken Tutt had 25 points and Green scored 20 for the Golden Eagles, who clinched a share of the Mid-Continent Conference regular-season title Thursday night.
Tyrone Hamilton and Alexander Starr scored 20 points each to lead the Gents, who overcame a 48-33 halftime deficit to take a 63-62 lead on a Chase Adams' trey with 9:28 left.
The lead seesawed throughout the rest of the game with the final margin being the largest of the last 13 minutes.
The victory improves ORU's record to 19-and-8 overall and 11-and-1 in the conference.
Centenary falls to 9-and-18 and 3-and-9 in the conference.
