An overnight burglary lands one man in the Tulsa County jail.

Tulsa Police say around 2:20 a.m. Tuesday, a man broke into the Shell station at Skelly Drive and Harvard. A clerk had locked up and was working when he heard glass break. He hid and called police.

The suspect was tracked to a nearby hotel and arrested. He had cigarettes, cigars and lottery tickets believed taken from the store.
