TULSA, Okla. (AP) Oral Roberts scores in each of the first 5-innings as the Golden Eagles rout Missouri Southern 11-1 Sunday.

Oral Roberts jumped ahead of Missouri Southern quickly, as Brian Van Kirk homered over the left-field wall as part of a 2-run 1st-inning rally.

Brendan Duffy's 2-run double highlighted a 4-run 2nd-inning, and Van Kirk added another 2-run double in the 4th, putting the Golden Eagles up 9-0.

Pat Warfle's RBI triple in the 5th made it 10-0.

Missouri Southern scored its only run in the 8th, as Brett Velliquette's single scored Kyle Govero.

Van Kirk went 2--4 with 4-RBIs, while Duffy, Jake Kahaulelio and Warfle each drove home 2-runs. Chad Rothford went 3-5 for ORU.

Marcus Tackett allowed 5-hits in 5-innings to pick up the pitching win for ORU.

ORU is 2-0 on the season while Missouri Southern is 0-2.
