Tulsa Police arrest a stolen car suspect and the News On 6 is there.

It started around 6 a.m. Wednesday with a stolen car report at about 31st and US highway 169.

Police chased the suspect to the Broken Arrow Expressway and Pittsburg where he got out of the car and ran off. He crossed the Broken Arrow Expressway at least once as officers tried to search for him.

When Tulsa Police nearly gave up, a woman called and said the suspect had approached her for a ride. Minutes later, he ran back across the expressway and officers blocked it off. Within minutes, he was arrested.

The suspectâ€™s name has not been released and Tulsa Police are still investigating.
