ENID, Okla. (AP) _ Garfield County prosecutors charge a former county jailer with rape and sodomy for allegedly having sex with an inmate.

27-year-old Joshua Robert Porter was charged Friday with one count of rape by instrumentation and one count of sodomy in connection with an alleged incident at the jail on October 1st.

According to an affidavit, a female inmate told jail officials Porter and an inmate trustee had sex with her and another inmate inside their cell.
