Sand Springs Police say a body found along a Sand Springs highway in early December was a homicide.

Danny Kingâ€™s death on December 4th, initially appeared to be the result of a hit and run accident, but Sand Springs Police now say they believe King was intentionally run over.

Three people have been arrested and charges are pending against a fourth. Police have arrested 32 year old Jeanie Britt on a complaint of first degree murder and 30 year old Billy Bolding and 37 year old Tillie Dutton on complaints of accessory to first degree murder. All three are being held in the Osage County jail.

Sand Springs Police are still looking for a fourth unnamed individual and the vehicle involved.

The vehicle is a 1990 4-door Honda Accord. It is either dark blue or black with Oklahoma tag IAK-044.
