SHERIDAN, Wyo. (AP) -- Police in Wyoming say a man wanted on a 10-year-old warrant surrenders after his arrest in Oklahoma.
43-year-old Mark Mendenhall -- who had been living in Fort Gibson -- was found guilty of five counts of reckless endangerment in 1996. Mendenhall crashed his car into five people in Sheridan, Wyoming, while he was having a seizure.
Mendenhall was sentenced to 100 days in jail and ordered to pay restitution.
After he got out, Mendenhall was arrested for driving with a suspended license and failed to show up for court for that offense after paying bond. The warrant was issued in April 1997.
Police said Mendenhall was arrested recently in Oklahoma and decided to turn himself into Sheridan County Circuit Court on Monday.
He posted a $10,000 bond.
