TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- The Kiwanis Club of Tulsa says Lindsey Miller of Tulsa will be the new Miss Oklahoma.

Miller will replace Lauren Nelson who was chosen Miss America on Monday.

Miller was first-runnerup to Nelson in the Miss Oklahoma Pageant competing as Miss Grand Lake. She'll be formally crowned as Miss Oklahoma during a homecomign celebration for Nelson in four to six weeks.

The Kiwanis Club of Tulsa sponsors the Miss Oklahoma pageant.
