Tulsa Police want to talk with Rashad Phipps. Police say he is a person of interest in the city's latest homicide.

Tulsa's 9th homicide victim of the year was a 25-year-old man who was found dead inside the Fulton Plaza Apartments in the 4600 block of South Fulton on Sunday. Tulsa Police say he had multiple gunshot wounds.

They are also looking for a purple Chevy Blazer, which was seen leaving the area.
