Barricades across several streets in downtown Muskogee were removed Friday morning.
The barricades were put up after a fire damaged the Severs Block Building on December 15th. The city ordered the owner of the building to shore it up before the city could reopen several nearby streets.
The only restriction now is Broadway. City officials say Broadway will be closed to eastbound traffic for the next two weeks. Broadway has been reopened to westbound traffic.
