AMES, Iowa (AP) _ The eighth-ranked Oklahoma Sooners wrestling team will face a stiff challenge tonight when they travel to Ames, Iowa, to face third-ranked Iowa State.

OU is 8-and-3 overall and 0-and-1 in the Big 12. Iowa State is 7-and-3 and 1-and-0.

The Cyclones enter the match with 10 starters ranked in the top 20 of their respective weight classes.

The Sooners are coming off a 29-to-10 win Saturday against Oregon. OU's only Big 12 loss was to Oklahoma State.

The Cyclones beat the Sooners last year, 19-to-16.
