SALINA, Okla. (AP) -- Mayes County authorities are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found in Salina.

Investigators say there are no visible signs of trauma to the woman's body and it's being sent to the state medical examiner's officer to determine the cause of death.

The woman's name hasn't been released. Authorities say she appears to be in her 30s or 40s.

Salina is in eastern Mayes County about ten miles east of Pryor.
