An accident overnight in Tulsa sends one man to the hospital.

Tulsa Police say a driver was westbound on 61st Street when he missed a curve and hit a concrete barrier. He went across a yard, hit a gate and fence before coming to rest in another yard. The driver was taken in for treatment. He'll be okay. His passenger was not hurt.

Tulsa Police believe alcohol and the weather played a part in the accident.
