TULSA, Okla. (AP) New Tulsa football coach Todd Graham completes his staff Friday by hiring Paul Randolph as his associate head coach and defensive coordinator.
Randolph filled the same position on Graham's staff at Rice last season. Seven of Graham's assistants followed him from Rice to Tulsa.
Randolph, who coached defensive ends at Alabama from 2003 to 2005, will also oversee Tulsa's defensive line.
A former Canadian Football League player, the 40-year-old Randolph has also coached at West Virginia, Toledo, Illinois State, Valdosta State and Tennessee-Martin, his alma mater.
