UNDATED (AP) -- First came the big storm. Now comes the big chill.
A wind chill advisory's in effect for parts of Oklahoma as a blast of arctic air filters into the state.
The frigid air follows a winter storm that blanketed the state with layers of freezing rain, sleet and snow for three days. The National Weather Service says an ice storm warning remains in effect in eastern Oklahoma.
Much colder air will filter in behind the front, along with gusty winds with will drop wind chill indices to the teens and single digits. The wind chill advisory will remain in effect until noon today for the Oklahoma Panhandle and northwestern Oklahoma.
Dry conditions are expected to return by Tuesday, with much colder air setting up across the region.
