TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- A hearing next week will determine whether a district judge should be kicked off an eminent domain case involving Oklahoma State University.
A homeowner is refusing to sell the last piece of property the university needs for its planned athletic village.
The university and homeowner Kevin McCloskey have each requested a jury trial to determine the value of home in question.
But first McCloskey's attorney wants to disqualify the judge on the case based on claims he has pre-decided the outcome of the case. That hearing will be Wednesday.
