OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- A group of Arkansas investors are buying Crossroads Mall in Oklahoma City.

Midwest Mall Properties says it's buying Crossroads plus malls in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and in Fayetteville, Arkansas, for a total of about $400-million.

Crossroads is the largest of the three malls and sits on about 46 acres near the intersection of Interstate 35 and I-240 in south Oklahoma City.
