KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) Will Shields earns his 12th trip to Hawaii as the Kansas City Chiefs' only Pro Bowl starter in February.

Teammates Larry Johnson, Brian Waters and Tony Gonzalez were also selected yesterday to the AFC Pro Bowl team.

Shields has 12 straight Pro Bowl selections at guard. That ties the record for consecutive appearances.

Gonzalez backs up San Diego tight end Antonio Gates and Johnson is listed behind the Chargers' LaDainian Tomlinson at running back for the February 10th game in Honolulu.

The four Pro Bowlers are the fewest for the Chiefs since the 2001 season.

The Chiefs had no defensive selections.
