OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) U.S. Congresswoman-elect Mary Fallin has a head start in fund-raising if she runs for re-election in two years.
A report filed with the Federal Election commission says as of the end of November Fallin's campaign had nearly $144,000 left over from the race and no debts.
Fallin raised about $1.7 million in winning the Republican primary in a run-off then defeating Democrat Doctor David Hunter in the general election.
She succeeds Congressman Ernest Istook who did not run for re-election and ran unsuccessfully for governor.
