Suspected Tulsa child pornographer David Abston had a federal court hearing Thursday afternoon.

Abston pleaded "not guilty" to federal charges Thursday. The US Attorneys office says Abston had three pornographic images on his home computer. He's also charged with being a fugitive with a gun.

Now, the US Attorney wants to seize his Tulsa home and send Abston to prison. No trial date has been set.

The Tulsa Police Department is also investigating David Abston. The police were alerted after FBI agents found evidence a child lived at Abston's house. No charges have been filed in that case.
