Authorities in Wagoner have found a 15-year-old blind girl who disappeared from the state School for the Blind in the Muskogee area on Sunday.

The state Department of Rehabilitation Services says Jessica Phipps was last seen about 9:30 Sunday night and is believed to have left the school campus voluntarily.

Rehabilitation Services spokeswoman Jody Harlan says Phipps also has health problems and needs medication.

Officials say Wagoner Police picked up Phipps Wednesday morning.
