Some Owasso school children took advantage of the warm weather on Tuesday to go on a field trip.

63 first graders from Northeast Elementary School in Owasso toured the Owasso Christmas Tree and Berry Farm on North 129th East Avenue.

They learned about ecology, recycling and how real Christmas trees are grown. They even took a hay ride around the farm.

Kids from Verdigris and Claremore have similar tours planned for later this week.
