CLEVELAND (AP) Indiana forward Jermaine O'Neal missed his second straight game with a sore left hamstring Saturday night when the Pacers played the Cleveland Cavaliers.
O'Neal, who leads the club with 17.8 points and 9.9 rebounds per game, also missed Indiana's 108-95 win over Portland on Friday night. He said he wanted to test the injury but the club wanted him to sit another game. O'Neal is expected to return for Monday's game at Chicago.
With O'Neal out, Pacers coach Rick Carlisle went with a smaller starting lineup against the Cavs, using three guards, Jamaal Tinsley, Stephen Jackson and Sarunas Jasikevicius, along with big men Al Harrington and Jeff Foster.
