A bill is the latest attempt to curb abuse in Oklahoma after the death of 2-year old Kelsey Briggs of Meeker. <br/><br/>Friday, Kelsey's grandmother, Kathy Briggs, came to Tulsa to dedicate the ad.

A bill is the latest attempt to curb abuse in Oklahoma after the death of 2-year old Kelsey Briggs of Meeker.

Friday, Kelsey's grandmother, Kathy Briggs, came to Tulsa to dedicate the ad. â€œWe want people to know that if they suspect child abuse, they need to report it so they can save another child's life from a billboard.â€

There are two other billboards along I-40 between Oklahoma City and Shawnee. This billboard will move from time to time around the Tulsa area.
